Fourteen blue flaps. Seven across, two rows, and white letters that find their place. The idea: a mechanical flight display in a slim frame of brushed stainless steel, made to sit beside you on a desk or shelf.

For the ones who
miss the clatter.
There is something lovely about an old airport board: the pause, the movement, the new destination appearing one letter at a time. I want to explore that feeling in a quiet piece of steel you can live with.
Beside your laptop, on a shelf, in a favorite corner of the workshop. Only a little bigger than the LED box, with its own completely different rhythm.
Mechanical by intention.
Individually hinged character flaps bring each flight into view. The film explores the look; the mechanism and flight-data connection still need to be engineered.
